Requirements for Using the App:

• iOS operating system (version 12 or above) with a functioning selfie camera.
• Well-lit environment to capture clear images of the applicant, nominee, or guardian, ensuring full face visibility.
• Original NID or Smart Card for both the applicant and nominee.
• Scanned copy of proof of income, applicable if monthly transactions exceed BDT 1 Lac.
• Photo and ID document for the nominee (NID, Passport, or Birth Certificate).
• NID and photo of the guardian, if the nominee is a minor.
• Scanned copy of the applicant's e-TIN, if relevant.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Bangladeshi individual aged 18 years or older with a valid NID or Smart Card is eligible to use this service. The app offers various account options:

• Savings Account
• Current (BDT) Account
• Golden Savings Account (exclusively for customers aged 50 years and above)
• NCCB Nari Samota Account (specifically for women)
